Is this for you?
Who it's for
Families after a Christmas outing, friends showing visiting relatives around Old Town, and coworkers planning a team outing will get about 90 minutes of puzzles and silly dares across 12 locations, with Santa, Sparky and Rudolph joking and teasing along the way. If you want to see Christmas lights, ask a live guide questions or stay indoors on a cold evening, a lights walk or an escape room will suit you better.

Frequently asked questions
Where does the Christmas scavenger hunt in Albuquerque start?
It starts at Tiguex Tricentennial Park. From there the route leads through Old Town Plaza, past the Don Francisco Cuervo y Valdes Statue and La Jornada, and finishes back at Tiguex Tricentennial Park, so you end where you began.
How long does it take and how far do we walk?
Plan on around 90 minutes to walk about 2.1 km and play through 12 locations. You can pause the game at any point, for a hot drink or a break, and continue later from where you stopped.
Is it good for kids?
The story is light and comic: Santa's sleigh has crash-landed and your group collects the Elements of Spirit to restart it, with puzzles and dares along the way. Younger children will enjoy the dares and characters but may need adults to help with the puzzles.
Can we play as a group, and do we need to book a time?
Yes, the game is played as a group on your phone, and one ticket covers your whole group. There is no set time slot and no guide to meet, so you can start whenever suits you, which works well for families and office teams.
Is it outdoors, and what if it rains?
The game is a walk through the city streets and squares of the Old Town area, so it takes place outdoors. Dress for the weather, and if rain or cold sets in you can pause and pick up the game again later.
