O tej grze
There is life beyond Grand-Place! Play a city game and explore the streets of Brussels while you solve challenges and learn the fascinating history behind each exciting location. Come and discover the origins of the city: its port, nowadays converted into the lively Place Sainte-Catherine; the first city walls, which surrounded the cathedral; the Royal palace, its noble quarters such as the Grand Sablon, plus huge monuments such as the Palais de Justice!
Czy to dla was?
Dla kogo jest
History-minded couples and families who have already seen the Grand-Place get a longer walk through how Brussels began, from the old port at Place Sainte-Catherine to Coudenberg, the Sablon and the Palais de Justice. Expect around 2.5 to 3 hours of walking and puzzles, best done in daylight. Anyone who cannot comfortably cover 4.5 km, or children who tire quickly on city streets, should pick a shorter route.

Kilka odpowiedzi przed wyjściem
Często zadawane pytania
Where does the walk start and finish?
It starts at Porte de Flandre Tram Station and finishes at the Law Courts of Brussels, the Palais de Justice. It is not a loop, so you end up on the other side of the old centre after passing the Grand-Place, the Cathedral, Mont des Arts and the Sablon.
How long does it take and how far is it?
Most players take around 2.5 to 3 hours, including the walking and the puzzles at each stop. The route covers about 4.5 km across 14 stops, so allow a relaxed afternoon. It is best played during the day.
Does the route go to Place Sainte-Catherine?
Yes. Saint Catherine Church is one of the early stops, and the story explains how the city's old port became today's lively Place Sainte-Catherine. You reach it after the Black Tower and before Saint-Géry and Saint Nicholas Church.
Can we play as a family or a group?
Yes. The quest is recommended for families and suits couples too, and one ticket covers the whole group playing together on a phone. Given the 4.5 km distance, it works best with children who are happy to walk for a few hours.
Do we need to book a time, and can we pause?
No booking or fixed time is needed. You start whenever you like, with no group to join and no guide to meet. You can pause along the way, stop for a coffee or lunch, and continue the walk later.
