Sobre esta experiência
Forget every ghost story you've heard about this city. This Halloween, ten restless spirits are loose on its streets. 👻 No history book knows their names. No tour guide has heard of them. Most are just lost souls. One is lying to you. 💀
A hooded Oracle needs a ghost hunter. Every spirit is stuck on unfinished business: solve its mystery, catch it, and it gives up a clue. Follow the trail across town, crack ciphers and riddles (some only the street itself can answer), then name the Evil One and destroy it before it finds you. 🕷️
É para si?
Para quem é
Starting at the Oceanside Museum of Art, this 2.1 km hunt passes the Sunshine Brooks Theater, the California Surf Museum and the public library in around 90 minutes. Friends, couples, families with older kids and puzzle fans who would rather crack ciphers than follow a guide will enjoy catching its ten spirits. The ghosts are invented, so anyone wanting documented local hauntings from a live guide should look elsewhere.

Algumas respostas antes de partir
Perguntas frequentes
Which places in Oceanside does this ghost hunt visit?
The route starts at the Oceanside Museum of Art and also takes in the Oceanside Public Library, the Sunshine Brooks Theater and the California Surf Museum. The ten spirits you track are fictional characters, so this is a story and puzzle game set at real places, not a tour of recorded hauntings.
Is this a guided ghost tour with a set start time?
No. It is self-guided and played on your phone, so there is no guide and no fixed departure. You start whenever you like, follow the app from stop to stop, hear each place's story and solve a puzzle there. You can also pause and continue later.
Is it a haunted house or a drive-through attraction?
Neither. It is an outdoor walk of about 2.1 km through the streets of Oceanside, taking around 90 minutes. Some riddles can only be answered by looking at the street itself, so you need to be on foot rather than in a car.
Is it suitable for kids?
It suits older kids who enjoy spooky stories and can handle ciphers and riddles. The plot involves restless spirits, one of them lying to you, and an Evil One you must name and destroy, so very young or easily scared children may find it too dark or too hard.
Can we play as a group?
Yes. One ticket covers your whole group, up to the number of devices stated, and there is no need to join strangers. Friends, couples and families can work through the clues together and decide between them who the Evil One is.
