Yes. You play a detective in 19th-century Paris, investigating the murder of the woman known as the 'Mona Lisa of the Seine'. Your phone leads you between real places, tells the story of each one and sets puzzles based on what you see around you.
Can I do this as a ghosts and legends walk at night?
Yes, it is best played at night. The route follows the river to the Palais de Justice, Sainte-Chapelle, Notre Dame and Rue des Chantres. There is no guide and no group to join, so you can start in the evening whenever suits you.
Where does it start and finish, and how long does it take?
It starts at the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel and finishes at the Butcher's house, near Rue des Chantres on Île de la Cité. It does not return to the start. Most players take 1.5 to 2 hours to cover about 3 km, walking and puzzles included.

It’s a mix. Romantic because the streets, bridges, lights, and gardens are gorgeous; spooky because there are ghosts, a murder mystery, and atmosphere at dusk. Great for a date if you like slightly darker romance.
What kind of mood or time of day works best?
Evening or twilight is perfect—when shadows stretch, lanterns glow, the city feels quieter. But you can also do it in late afternoon if evenings aren’t an option.
