Yes. You play on your phone with no guide. The app leads you from place to place through downtown, tells the story of each spot and sets a puzzle in what is in front of you, while you gather clues and interrogate suspects to find out who killed Bella Wanderlust.
Where does it start and how long does it take?
It starts at the Stargazer 'Citlali' Statue. The route covers about 2.3 km and takes around 90 minutes, with stops including Labor Plaza, La Villita Historic Village, the Majestic Theatre, Saint Mary's Church and the Briscoe Western Art Museum.
Is it a good activity to do with teenagers?
Yes, teens and older kids tend to enjoy it. The story is a murder case, a travel blogger found dead during a ghost tour, and you work through suspects and clues yourselves. Younger children may find the theme and the deduction less suited to them.
