Das Erlebnis

Über dieses Abenteuer

Design isn’t just chairs and logos—it’s how a city moves, feels, and inspires. On this self-guided adventure through Midtown Atlanta, you’ll explore how public art shapes what we notice, how we move, and how we feel.

MODA created this quest to spark your curiosity and show how murals, sculptures, and even sidewalks are part of the city’s design story. You’ll meet giant birds, solve puzzles, and start seeing the city like a designer. Just bring comfy shoes and fresh eyes.

Ein paar Antworten vor dem Start

Häufig gestellte Fragen

Is this a walking tour of Midtown Atlanta?
It is a self-guided walk of about 2.4 km through Midtown's public art, played on your phone with no guide. You visit nine stops, including Octetra, Artlanta and Electric Avenue, and solve a puzzle at each one. It is a scavenger hunt rather than a history tour, so there are no stories about the places.
How long does it take?
Most players take around 1.5 to 2 hours, including walking and solving the puzzles. The route covers about 2.4 km. You can start whenever you like, and you can pause and continue later if you want a break.
Is it good for kids?
Yes, it is marked family friendly and rated easy, so school-age children who can manage a 2.4 km walk should enjoy hunting for the giant birds and other artworks. Puzzles are based on what you see in front of you, which keeps younger players looking around.
Do we need to book, and what should we bring?
There is no time slot to book and no group to join; the game is free to play and you start whenever you are ready. The walk is outdoors, so bring a hat, sunscreen and enough water, plus a fully charged phone or a power bank.
