Where does the Novigrad old town walk start and finish?
It is a loop of about 1.5 km. You start at the Padlocks of Novigrad and finish at the Roundabout with anchor. On the way you pass the WW2 memorial, the old round tower, the Church of St Pelagius and its bell tower, the belvedere, the Town Hall and the maritime museum.
How long does the quest take?
Most players take around 40 minutes, including walking and solving the puzzles. The route covers about 1.5 km through the old town and along the coast, so it fits easily into a beach day. You can also pause and carry on later.
Is it good for kids?
Yes, it is rated easy and family friendly. The story follows 14-year-old Ivan and his fisherman grandfather Nono, and the puzzles are solved in what you see around you, which works well for children old enough to follow a story and help spot clues.
Can we play as a group, and do we need to book a time?
One ticket covers the whole group playing together on a phone. There is no set time and no group to join: start whenever you like. The route is open around the clock, though it is better in daylight.
