Häufig gestellte Fragen
What is there to see in Vigo on this walk?
The route covers the Homenaxe á Emigración, El Nadador at A Laxe, the Jules Verne and Elduayen monuments, the Méndez Núñez statue, Mercado da Piedra, the co-cathedral, Rúa Cesteiros, the Olivo de Vigo, San Sebastián Castle and the Rande galleons monument, finishing at El Castro.
Where does the quest start and finish?
It starts at the Estación Marítima de Vigo, the port terminal, and finishes at El Castro. It is not a loop, so it does not bring you back to the terminal. Allow extra time to get back down if you need to return to the port.
How long does it take and how far is the walk?
Most players take about two and a half hours, including walking and solving the puzzles. The route is 3.3 km through the centre of Vigo. You can pause along the way and continue later, so there is no need to rush.
Is it suitable for children?
The puzzles are rated medium difficulty and are solved using what you see around you, so they suit older children and teens who enjoy problem solving, playing alongside adults. The 3.3 km walk and roughly two and a half hours may be a lot for very young children.
Can we play as a group, and do we need to book a time?
Yes, one ticket covers the whole group playing together on a phone. There is no set time slot and no guide to meet, so you can start whenever you like. Bring a fully charged phone or a power bank, as the app runs the whole way.
