Is this a crime or detective game?
Yes, it is a light-hearted outdoor detective mystery. The Golden Shamrock has vanished and you weigh up three suspects: Rusty the leprechaun, pub owner Finn McGuire and the mayor. You collect clues and solve puzzles at each stop to work out who took it. It is a fictional case, not a tour of real crimes.
Where does the treasure hunt start and finish?
It starts at 1 Queens Gardens and finishes back at Queens Gardens, so you end where you began. On the way the route passes King George Square, the Anzac Square Arcade Building, Post Office Square, MacArthur Museum Brisbane and the Brisbane RAAF Memorial.
How long does it take and how far is the walk?
Plan on around 90 minutes for a walk of about 2.1 km through the city centre. There is no set time slot, so you start whenever you like, and you can pause the game, take a break and continue later.
Can we play as a group?
