🐰 Bunny is busy preparing for the beloved annual Gem Hunt—a joyful celebration that brings smiles to children all across the realm.
Every year, Bunny carefully hides colorful gems around the town square, making sure they’re easy to find, so everyone can enjoy the hunt. But this year, trouble is afoot. Felix, the mischievous fox, has snuck off with Bunny’s basket of gems and scattered them far and wide, hiding them in tricky spots, to spoil the celebration!
💎 Now, it’s up to you. Will you help Bunny track down the missing gems, outsmart Felix, and save the day before the festival begins? The adventure awaits!

This loop starts and ends at Wade Oval in University Circle, sending you past Severance Music Center, the Fine Arts Garden and the Cleveland Botanical Garden as you help Bunny recover the gems Felix the fox has scattered. Is there a kid-friendly alternative to an escape room in Cleveland?
This is an outdoor puzzle walk rather than a locked room. Children help Bunny track down gems hidden by Felix the fox, solving puzzles in the places in front of them around University Circle. It is aimed at kids of about 5 to 12, played on a phone with no guide.
Where does the scavenger hunt start and finish?
It starts at 1 Wade Oval, near Historical Marker 19-18 University Circle, and loops back to Wade Oval at the end. On the way it passes East Bell Commons, Kelvin Smith Library, the Mather College Historic District and Cleveland Botanical Garden.
How long does it take and how far do we walk?
Plan on about 90 minutes for a walk of 2.6 km, with twelve stops in total. If little legs need a snack or a rest, you can pause the game and continue later from where you left off.
Do we need to book a time, and can the whole family play together?
There is no set start time and nothing to book with a guide, so you can begin whenever suits you. One ticket covers your whole group, up to the number of devices stated, so the family can follow along together.
Is it outdoors, and what if it rains?
The hunt is a walk between outdoor stops around University Circle, so dress for the weather. If rain sets in partway through, you can pause the game and pick it up again on a drier day.
