In this haunted walking tour and escape game in Cologne, you are a restless soul trapped between worlds: the real Katharina Henot, Cologne's first female postmaster, wrongly executed as a witch in 1627.
Her story is true. Her murderers are named. And she never received justice until 2012, when the City Council of Cologne formally exonerated her.
Follow clues through the city's medieval streets, from the Melaten Cemetery to the Hahnentor, from the ruins of the St.
Klara Monastery to the steps of Cologne Cathedral.
Solve puzzles rooted in real history: the witch trials, the leprosy houses, the Black Madonna, and the Jesuit priest who dared to oppose the madness in print.
This is one of the most original things to do in Cologne for those who want more than the cathedral and the Christmas markets.

Where does it start and finish, and how long does it take?
It starts at the old main entrance of Melaten Cemetery and finishes on the Domplatte, so it does not return to the start. The route is about 4.9 km, passing Rudolfplatz and Alter Markt along the way. Most players take around two and a half hours, walking and puzzles included.
