Preguntas frecuentes
Is this similar to an escape room in Saskatoon?
It shares the puzzle solving, but it happens outdoors along Broadway Avenue rather than in a locked room. Your phone leads you between 11 stops, tells the story at each one and sets puzzles in what you see there. You start whenever you like, with no time slot to book.
Can we do a murder mystery night in Saskatoon without a dinner party?
Yes. Instead of a staged dinner with actors, you investigate the death of travel blogger Bella Wanderlust yourselves, gathering clues and interrogating suspects such as her boyfriend Walter and the dramatic ghost tour guide Percy Shadows. You choose the start time, so it fits a date or a night out with friends.
Where does it start and how long does it take?
It starts at the plaza near École Victoria on Broadway Ave and covers about 2.1 km, passing places like The Broadway Theatre, Broadway Cafe and Homestead Ice Cream & Novelties. Allow around 90 minutes, a little longer if you stop for food or drinks along the way.
Can our whole group play together, and can we pause?
Yes. One ticket covers your whole group, up to the stated number of devices, so friends can follow the case on their own phones. You can pause at any point, for a coffee or a break, and pick up the investigation later from where you left off.
Is it suitable for kids?
The story centres on a death and has you interrogating suspects and weighing motives, so it suits teens and older children who enjoy logic puzzles and a whodunit, playing alongside adults. Younger children may find the theme and the detective work less engaging over a 90 minute walk.
How can I turn a regular night in Saskatoon into something unforgettable?
Grab a friend or two and step straight into a crime story. This game leads you through lantern-lit streets and riverside corners as you collect clues and chase down a fictional killer. It’s part detective drama, part urban walk.
I love podcasts and true-crime shows—will this scratch that itch?
Absolutely. Instead of just listening, you become the investigator. Follow a trail of suspicious characters, hidden evidence and plot twists, all woven into Saskatoon’s historic downtown.
We’re visiting from out of town—will this double as sightseeing?
Yes. Between clues you’ll pass heritage buildings, boutique lanes and quiet courtyards that most tourists miss. It’s a creative way to learn the city’s stories while solving a mystery.
