Where does the Freemason mystery walk in Sibiu start and finish?
It starts in Piața Mică (Little Square) and finishes at Hochmeister delikat'essen, so it does not return to the start. In between, you pass Piața Huet, Casa Calfelor (The Journeymen House), the Brukenthal National Museum, Piața Mare and Casa Generalului.
How long does it take and how far do we walk?
Most players take 1.5 to 2 hours, including walking and solving the puzzles. The route covers about 1.2 km through the historic squares, so the pace is relaxed. Charge your phone fully before you set off, or bring a power bank.
Is it suitable for children?
Yes. The quest is tagged family friendly and rated easy, and the short distance keeps it manageable. Children of around 8 and up who can read clues and spot details on buildings usually enjoy the mystery most, while younger ones can join in with a little help from adults.
Can we play as a group?
Yes. One ticket covers the whole group playing together on the same phone, so friends or a family can follow the clues and solve the puzzles as a team without each person needing their own game.
Do we need to book a time, and can we pause?
No booking is needed. You start whenever you like, with no group to join and no guide to meet. You can pause at any point, for a coffee or a museum visit, and continue the trail later from where you stopped.
