Where does the Dingle history walk start and finish?
It starts at Fungie, the Dingle Dolphin statue, and finishes at the tower ruins of Hussey's Folly. It is not a loop. On the way you pass Dick Mack's Pub, An Díseart, the Rice House plaque, the Holy Stone, St. James' Church, the Phoenix Cinema and more.
How long does it take and how far is the walk?
Most players take about two hours, including walking and solving the puzzles. The route covers 3.1 km through Dingle town. You can pause at any point, stop for a break, and pick up where you left off later.
Is it suitable for children?
The puzzles are rated medium difficulty, so it suits older children who enjoy working out clues alongside adults. Younger children may find two hours of walking and history-based riddles a lot. Families play together on one phone or several, and it is free to play.
