Where does the Voltaire walk in Ferney start and finish?
It is a loop route. You start at the Statue of Voltaire and pass his old theater, the Church of Notre-Dame et Saint-André, the former Cabaret, the Château de Voltaire, Tire Park, the Saint Germain district, the old Châtelard farm and Grand'Rue, finishing at the Bust of Voltaire.
How long does the quest take?
Most players take around 100 minutes, which includes walking and solving the puzzles along the way. The route covers about 2.2 km. You can pause at any point and continue later, so there is no need to finish it in one go.
Is it free, and do I need to book a time slot?
It is free to play and there is no booking. You start whenever you like, with no group to join and no guide to meet. No attraction tickets are needed to follow the route, as the app leads you from place to place on your phone.
