À propos de cette aventure

Could you pull the trigger that set the world on fire?

Sarajevo, June 28, 1914. At the Eternal Flame, a haunting whisper calls itself The Witness. He begs you to help him return to the fateful morning of the Archduke's assassination, the spark that ignited WWI.

Suddenly, the modern streets fade. Walking alongside a quiet young man in a flat cap, you are pulled into a high-stakes historical conspiracy. Your companion is hiding a dark secret, and he wants you to help him rewrite the past.

In this cinematic thriller, you’ll navigate a city on the brink of chaos, decoding Ottoman secrets and dodging danger. But as the imperial motorcade approaches the Latin Bridge, you must make a devastating choice: Let history play out, or stop the assassin, even if it erases your own future.

Questions fréquemment posées

Where in Sarajevo did the events of 1914 happen, and does the quest go there?
Yes. The route visits the Latin Bridge, the place visitors come to see in connection with the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand on 28 June 1914. It reaches the bridge near the end, then finishes at the Museum of Sarajevo, after stops such as Sebilj Fountain, Sarajevo City Hall and the House of Spite.
Where does the walk start and finish?
You start at the Eternal Flame and finish at the Museum of Sarajevo, so it is a one-way route rather than a loop. On the way you pass the City Market, Sacred Heart Cathedral, the Meeting of Cultures spot, Gazi Husrev-beg Mosque and Sahat-kula, Sebilj, City Hall, the House of Spite and the Latin Bridge.
How long does it take and how far is it?
Most players take a little over an hour, including walking, listening to the story at each place and solving the puzzles. The route covers about 1.8 km through central Sarajevo, so it fits easily into a morning or afternoon of a city break.
Do we need to book a time, and can we play as a group?
No booking is needed. The quest is free to play, so you can start whenever you like on your phone, with friends or family walking alongside you. There is no group to join and no guide to wait for.
Can we pause partway through?
Yes. You can stop at any point, for a coffee near the City Market or a longer look inside a museum, and continue the story later from where you left off. The walk is outdoors between stops, so plan for the weather.
