Qualche risposta prima di partire
Domande frequenti
Where does the detective route start and how long is it?
The route begins at Point 1, LBC, and covers about 2.2 km on foot. Most groups take around 90 minutes, though you set the pace. You can pause the game and pick it up again later if you want a break along the way.
Is there a mystery game we can play in Birmingham without booking a time?
Yes. This is a self-guided detective game played on your phone, so there is no booked slot, no guide and no other group to join. You start whenever suits you, follow the app from place to place and solve puzzles based on what you see around you.
Is it suitable for kids?
The game is aimed at adults and families with teens. The story asks you to decode secrets and expose a conspiracy run by a secret society, so teenagers who like puzzles will get the most out of it. Younger children may find the plot and the 2.2 km walk hard to follow.
Can our whole group play together?
Yes, one ticket covers your whole group, up to the number of devices stated for the game. Friends, couples and families can play side by side, comparing clues and working out the puzzles together as you walk the route.
Is the game outdoors, and what if it rains?
It is an outdoor walk of about 2.2 km through the city, so dress for the weather. If rain arrives partway through, you can pause the game and continue later from where you stopped, since there is no fixed start time to keep.
