Yes. This is a self-guided outdoor scavenger hunt played on your phone. The app leads you between 11 stops, including the Arizona Museum of Natural History, the Historic Irving School and Old Brick House Market, telling the story of each place and setting a puzzle based on what you see there.
What is the Golden Shamrock mystery about?
The Golden Shamrock has vanished and luck is spiralling into chaos: clocks stop, signs fall and the bakery's ovens cool. You play the detective, working out whether Rusty the leprechaun, pub owner Finn McGuire or the mayor is behind the disappearance, solving puzzles at each stop along the way.
Where does it start and finish, and how long does it take?
The route is a loop of about 2.7 km that starts and ends at the i.d.e.a. Museum. Most players take around two hours, including walking and solving the puzzles, so it is worth allowing a little extra time if you plan to stop for a snack along the way.
Can we play as a group?
Yes. One ticket covers the whole group playing together, so friends, couples or a family can follow the route and work on the puzzles side by side on a shared phone, making it an easy choice for a group outing.
