It draws on the same love of clues and deduction, but it is played outdoors on your phone instead of in a booked room. You follow the case of a secret society called The Kingmakers, decoding secrets and solving puzzles set in the places along a 1.9 km walk.
Where does the game start?
The game begins at the first point on the route, listed in the app as Point 1, LBC. Once you start, the app guides you from place to place, tells the story of each stop and gives you a puzzle to solve using what is in front of you.
How long does it take and how far will we walk?
Plan on around 90 minutes, covering about 1.9 km on foot. Because the game is self-guided, your pace depends on how quickly your group cracks the puzzles, and you can pause at any point and continue later if you want a break.
Do we need to book a time, and can our group play together?
There is no time slot to book. You start whenever you like, with no guide and no other groups joining you. One ticket covers your whole group, up to the number of devices stated, so friends or family can play the case together.
Is it suitable for kids, and is it outdoors?
