Het verhaal begint hier.
You know the old saying, “The boyfriend did it”? On an ill-fated night, love goes terribly wrong for Bella Wanderlust and Walter Bridges.
Bella, a famous travel blogger, was found dead during a ghost tour led by the theatrical Percy Shadows. Now, it’s up to you to uncover the truth.
Was it Walter, the obsessed boyfriend? Percy, the ghost tour guide with a flair for the dramatic? Or is someone else hiding in the shadows?
🔎 Gather clues, interrogate suspects, and expose the real murderer before they strike again. Make sure to have your pen and paper ready to jot down all the crucial evidence.
Is dit iets voor jullie?
Voor wie het is
Starting at The Four Spirits in Kelly Ingram Park, this 2.3 km route through downtown Birmingham passes the Civil Rights Institute, City Hall and Linn Park while you question suspects in a travel blogger's death. Friends who would rather solve a case themselves than watch a dinner show will enjoy the roughly 90 minutes. Anyone who wants an actor running the game or an indoor room should look elsewhere.

Veelgestelde vragen
Is this like a murder mystery party or dinner in Birmingham?
Not quite. There are no actors and no venue to book. You walk through downtown Birmingham with your own phones, gather clues, interrogate suspects in the app and decide who killed Bella Wanderlust: her boyfriend Walter, the dramatic ghost tour guide Percy, or someone else.
How is it different from an escape room in Birmingham?
It is played outdoors rather than in a locked room. The app leads you from stop to stop, tells the story of each place and sets puzzles in what is in front of you, so the city itself becomes the game board over about 2.3 km.
Where does it start and how long does it take?
It starts at The Four Spirits in Kelly Ingram Park and finishes back in the same park. Plan on around 90 minutes for the 2.3 km route, which also passes Birmingham City Hall, the Civil Rights Institute, Linn Park and History Park.
Is it suitable for kids?
It works best for older kids and teens. The story centres on a death during a ghost tour, and the game asks you to weigh clues and question suspects, so younger children may find the plot and the detective work hard to follow.
Do we need to book a time, and can we pause?
No time slot is needed. You start whenever you like, play on your own phones, and one ticket covers your whole group up to the stated number of devices. You can pause the game at any point and continue later.
