Where does the quest start and finish?
It starts at Eroilor Square and finishes next to Infinitea, a tea house in Cotroceni, so it does not return to the start. Along the way you pass places such as Derby Pub, the Piano House, the House with lions and the Green House. Booking a table at Infinitea for a drink at the end is recommended.
How long does the love song walk take?
Most players take a little over an hour and a half, including walking and solving the puzzles. The route covers about 2.3 km across 11 stops in the Cotroceni neighbourhood. You start whenever you like, with no group to join and no guide, and the app leads you from place to place.
How difficult are the puzzles?
The difficulty is moderate to hard. At each checkpoint the app gives hints that point to a love song, and you need to work out which one through deduction. It suits players who know their music and enjoy a puzzle that takes some thought rather than a quick answer.
Can we play as a couple or a group?
Yes. One ticket covers the whole group playing together, so a couple or a few friends can follow the route and solve the love song clues on one phone. No attraction tickets are needed for any of the stops along the way.
What if it gets cold, can we pause?
Yes, you can pause the game and continue later. If the weather turns cold, you can step inside to warm up at almost any location on the route, since many stops are cafes, pubs and other venues. The walking itself is outdoors through the streets of Cotroceni.
