Is this a self-guided game I can play in Budapest?
Yes. You play it on your phone, and the app leads you from place to place across Margaret Island. At each stop it tells the story of the spot and sets a puzzle in what is in front of you. There is no guide and no group to join.
Where does it start and finish?
It starts at Margaret Bridge and finishes at the Musical Well, so it does not return to the start. Along the way you pass the Centenary Monument, the Rose Garden, the Tombstone of St. Margaret, a viewpoint, St Michael Chapel and the Japanese Garden.
How long does it take and how far is the walk?
Most players take just under two hours, including walking and solving the puzzles. The route covers about 2.8 km on the island's paths and gardens. You can pause at any point and carry on later, so there is no need to rush.
Is it good for kids?
