Do you have the skills and courage to save the day?

Is dit iets voor jullie?

Voor wie het is

Puzzle and escape game fans, friends and families with older children get a reactor emergency story to solve while walking 3.6 km through Cernavodă, from Podul Saligny past the Axiopolis museum and churches to the port. Plan on about two hours, mostly in the open. The game is played in town, not inside the plant, so anyone hoping to see a real reactor should choose something else.

Veelgestelde vragen

Does this quest take you inside the Cernavodă nuclear power plant?
No. The reactor emergency is the story you play on your phone, but the route runs through the town of Cernavodă, with puzzles set in real places along the way. It is a story game in town, not a tour or visit inside the plant.
Which places in Cernavodă does the route pass?
In walking order, you go from Podul Saligny to a viewpoint, the two Sf. Maria bridges, an artesian fountain, Scoala Nr. 3, the Heroes' Monument, the Axiopolis local history museum, a playground, two Orthodox churches, NOROCOM, Parcul Faleza (Via Verde) and finally Portul Cernavoda.
Where does it start and finish, and how long does it take?
It starts at Podul Saligny and finishes at Portul Cernavoda, so it does not end where it began. The route is about 3.6 km, and most players take around two hours, walking and puzzles included.
Is it suitable for kids, and can we play as a group?
It is free to play, so friends and families can join in together. The story and puzzles suit older children best, as it is a reactor emergency plot with problems to solve over roughly two hours of walking.
Do we need to book a time, and can we take a break?
No booking is needed. You start whenever you like, with no group or guide to meet, and you can pause and continue later. Most of the route is outdoors, so wear a hat and sunscreen and bring enough water.
