Een paar antwoorden voor vertrek
Veelgestelde vragen
How long does the Dublin detective game take?
Most players take about two and a half hours, including the walking and the time spent solving puzzles. The route covers around 2.4 km. You can pause at any point and pick up again later, so you can break it up with a coffee or a meal.
Does the route finish where it starts?
Yes. The route is a loop of about 2.4 km, so you end up back where you began. That makes it easy to plan around transport or a meeting point, and you will not need a return trip from the other side of town.
Can we play as a group?
Yes. One ticket covers the whole group playing together, so friends, couples or a family can work through the clues as a team. The app leads you from place to place and sets each puzzle in what is in front of you.
Do we need to book a time slot?
No. It is a self-guided game played on your phone, so you can start whenever you like. There is no group to join and no guide to meet, and you can pause and continue later if you need a break.
Is it suitable for children?
The story is a conspiracy thriller about a secret society, with codes and clues to decode over about two and a half hours on foot. It is aimed at adults and families with teenagers, so younger children may find the length and puzzles hard going.
