Een paar antwoorden voor vertrek
Veelgestelde vragen
Is this a Wizard of Oz escape room?
It is an outdoor, escape-room-style game played on your phone. The story is inspired by L. Frank Baum's original Oz novel from 1900, and you work together to outsmart the witch by solving puzzles at each location. Original Oz-themed songs made for the game play in the app.
Where does the game start and what does the route pass?
You start in front of Tarrant County Court in downtown Fort Worth. Clues lead you between stops including The Fort Worth Club, Bass Performance Hall and Bank of America Tower, finishing around Commerce St and E Weatherford St.
How long does it take and how far do we walk?
Plan on around 90 minutes for the whole game, covering about 2.5 km on foot through downtown. You can pause whenever you like, stop for a drink or a meal along the way, and continue later from where you left off.
Can we play it today without booking a time slot?
Yes. There is no fixed session to reserve, unlike a traditional indoor escape room. Start any time that suits you, go at your own pace, and there is no guide or other group to wait for.
Can we play as a group, or does it work solo?
Both work. One ticket covers your whole group, so friends, families or work teams can crack the puzzles together. If you prefer to play alone, you can take on the witch's challenges solo and compete against the leaderboard.
