VERTROUWELIJK / ZAAKOVERZICHT
Het verhaal begint hier.
You know the old saying, “The boyfriend did it”? On an ill-fated night, love goes terribly wrong for Bella Wanderlust and Walter Bridges.
Bella, a famous travel blogger, was found dead during a ghost tour led by the theatrical Percy Shadows. Now, it’s up to you to uncover the truth.
Was it Walter, the obsessed boyfriend? Percy, the ghost tour guide with a flair for the dramatic? Or is someone else hiding in the shadows?
🔎 Gather clues, interrogate suspects, and expose the real murderer before they strike again. Make sure to have your pen and paper ready to jot down all the crucial evidence.
Is dit iets voor jullie?
Voor wie het is
Over 2.3 km of Independence streets, you trace the death of a travel blogger on a ghost tour, weighing her obsessed boyfriend against a theatrical guide. Friends who enjoy arguing over a suspect, or a couple wanting a date on foot rather than a staged dinner mystery, get around 90 minutes of deduction. Young children may find the killing too dark, and anyone wanting to stay indoors should look elsewhere.

Veelgestelde vragen
How long does the murder mystery walk in Independence take?
Plan on around 90 minutes to walk the route, which covers about 2.3 km. You can go faster or slower, and since you can pause and continue later, you can stop for a drink or a meal partway through and pick the case back up when you are ready.
Is this murder mystery suitable for kids?
The story centres on a death, a suspicious boyfriend and a dramatic ghost tour guide, and you work it out by gathering clues and questioning suspects. It suits older children and teens who enjoy a detective puzzle more than younger kids, who may find the theme and the 2.3 km walk too much.
Can we play as a group on one ticket?
Yes, one ticket covers your whole group, up to the number of devices stated for the quest. Everyone plays on their own phone, so friends, couples or a birthday group can investigate together and compare theories about who killed Bella as you go.
Do we need to book a time slot?
No. There is no group to join and no guide to meet, so you start whenever suits you. That makes it easy to fit around a date night, a family day out or a visit to Independence without planning around a fixed tour schedule.
What happens if it rains or we need a break?
The quest is played outdoors on foot, so check the weather and dress for it. If rain sets in or you simply need a break, you can pause the game and continue later from where you stopped, without losing your progress in the investigation.
