Een paar antwoorden voor vertrek
Veelgestelde vragen
Is there a detective game I can play around Kelowna?
Yes. This is a self-guided detective game played on your phone across about 2.2 km of Kelowna. A whistleblower sets you on the trail of The Kingmakers, and at each stop you solve puzzles using what is in front of you to unravel their conspiracy.
Where does the game start?
The route begins at the point marked LBC, listed as Point 1 in the app. From there the app leads you from place to place and tells you what to look for, so you do not need to plan the route yourself.
How long does it take, and can we pause?
Plan on around 90 minutes to cover about 2.2 km on foot. You can pause at any point and continue later, so it is easy to stop for a coffee or split the case across two outings.
Is it suitable for kids?
The story and code-breaking are pitched at adults and teens, with a conspiracy plot about a secret society manipulating world events. Families with teenagers are a good fit, while those with younger children may prefer a lighter theme.
Do we need to book a time, and can we play as a group?
No time slot is needed: start any day, at any hour that suits you. One ticket covers your whole group, up to the number of devices stated, so friends or family can work the case together without a guide or other players.
