Een paar antwoorden voor vertrek
Veelgestelde vragen
What is the Oz game in Mississauga?
It is an outdoor, escape-room-style game played on your phone. A new story inspired by L. Frank Baum's 1900 Oz novel leads you between real places in the City Centre, where you crack puzzles to outsmart the witch. Original Oz-themed songs made for the game play in the app.
Is this an escape room in Mississauga?
It works like one, but outdoors on the streets around the City Centre instead of in a locked room. You follow clues to find each next location and solve puzzles there, either as a team with friends or solo against the leaderboard. There is no fixed time slot.
Where does it start and how long does it take?
The game starts and finishes at the main entry green area of the Living Arts Centre, so you end where you began. Allow around 90 minutes for the 2.3 km loop, which passes stops such as the MCS Amphitheatre and the MCS Glass Pavilion.
Can we play as a group, and can we pause?
Yes. One ticket covers your whole group, so friends, families or work groups can solve the puzzles together. If you need a break for food or the weather turns, you can pause the game and continue later from where you stopped.
Do we need to book a time?
No booking slot is needed. You start whenever suits you, day or evening, which makes it an easy plan at short notice. Just head to the Living Arts Centre main entry green area, open the app and begin the first clue.
