Het verhaal begint hier.
You know the old saying, “The boyfriend did it”? On an ill-fated night, love goes terribly wrong for Bella Wanderlust and Walter Bridges.
Bella, a famous travel blogger, was found dead during a ghost tour led by the theatrical Percy Shadows. Now, it’s up to you to uncover the truth.
Was it Walter, the obsessed boyfriend? Percy, the ghost tour guide with a flair for the dramatic? Or is someone else hiding in the shadows?
🔎 Gather clues, interrogate suspects, and expose the real murderer before they strike again. Make sure to have your pen and paper ready to jot down all the crucial evidence.

Veelgestelde vragen
Is there a murder mystery game I can play in New Rochelle?
Yes. This is a self-guided murder mystery you play on your phone while walking through New Rochelle. You gather clues, interrogate suspects and decide whether Walter the boyfriend, Percy the ghost tour guide or someone else is behind Bella Wanderlust's death. You start whenever you like, with no guide.
Does it work like a murder mystery scavenger hunt?
In many ways, yes. The app leads you from place to place around New Rochelle, tells the story at each one and sets a puzzle based on what is in front of you. Solving each puzzle moves the investigation forward, so you hunt for clues on the street rather than around a table.
How long does it take and how far will we walk?
Plan on around 90 minutes and about 2 km on foot. There is no clock running against you, and you can pause the game, take a break for food or coffee, and continue later from where you stopped.
Is it suitable for kids?
It suits older kids and teens who enjoy puzzles and a detective story. The plot centres on a death and a list of suspects, so it is aimed at adults first, and very young children may find the story and the 2 km walk less engaging.
Can we play as a group, and do we need to book a time?
Yes, one ticket covers your whole group, up to the number of devices stated, and everyone can follow along on their own phone. There is no time slot to book: start any time that suits you. The game is played outdoors, so dress for the weather.
