Where does the Oz escape game in Oklahoma City start?
It starts at the entrance to Myriad Botanical Gardens, at W Sheridan Ave and S Hudson Ave, and loops back to the same spot. Along the way you visit Thunder Fountain, both sides of the Crystal Bridge, the Great Lawn and Bandshell, and the area near Devon Ice Rink.
How long does it take and how far do we walk?
Plan on around 90 minutes to walk about 1.6 km and solve the puzzles. The pace is yours, and you can pause the game, take a break in the gardens and continue later from where you stopped.
Do we need to book a time slot like a regular escape room?
No. Unlike an indoor escape room with fixed slots, you start whenever you like from your phone. One ticket covers your whole group, so friends, families or work groups can play together, or you can go solo and compete on the leaderboard.
Is it good for kids?
It suits school-age kids and teens who enjoy working out clues, ideally with adults helping on the trickier puzzles. The story follows a team of misfits trying to outsmart the witch, and original Oz-themed songs play along the way. Very young children may lose interest over the 90 minutes.

Yes, the whole route is outdoors, around the paths, fountains and lawns of Myriad Botanical Gardens, with the Crystal Bridge stops on its north and south sides. Dress for the weather, and if rain sets in you can pause and finish another day.
