Een paar antwoorden voor vertrek
Veelgestelde vragen
Is there a murder mystery style game we can play outdoors in Sacramento?
Yes. This is a self-guided detective game played on your phone as you walk the city. A whistleblower's tip sends you after The Kingmakers, a secret society said to steer world leaders, and you decode secrets along the route to unravel their conspiracy. There is no booked room and no host.
How long does the game take and how far do we walk?
Plan on around 90 minutes, covering about 1.9 km on foot. The app leads you from place to place, so you only follow the directions and solve the puzzles. If you need a break, you can pause the game and continue later from where you stopped.
Can our group play together on one ticket?
Yes, one ticket covers your whole group, so friends, couples or a family can play the same investigation together. Everyone works through the clues and the story as a team on the app, with no need to buy separate entries for each person.
Do we need to book a time slot?
No. There is no fixed start time, no group to join and no guide to wait for. You start whenever suits you, on a weekday evening or a weekend afternoon, and you can pause partway through and pick the case up again later.
Is it suitable for children?
It is aimed at adults and families with teens. The story is a conspiracy thriller about a secret society, and the puzzles involve decoding hidden messages, so teenagers tend to get the most out of it. Younger children would likely need plenty of help from the adults.
