Een paar antwoorden voor vertrek
Veelgestelde vragen
What is the Kingmakers detective game in Tampa?
It is a self-guided detective quest played on your phone. A whistleblower's information puts you on the trail of The Kingmakers, the story's secret society said to steer world leaders from the shadows. You walk through Tampa, hear the story at each place and solve puzzles set in what is in front of you.
Is this a good alternative to a murder mystery party in Tampa?
It suits the same crowd but works differently. There is no host, no actors and no group to join. You and your friends play together outdoors on your phones, cracking clues as a team, and one ticket covers the whole group playing together. Plan on around two hours.
How long does it take and how far do we walk?
Most players take around two hours, including walking and solving the puzzles. The route covers about 3.8 km and is a loop, so you finish where you began. You can pause at any point and continue later if you want a break.
Do we need to book a time slot?
No. There is no guide and no scheduled departure, so you can start whenever suits you, today or at the weekend. Keep in mind it is an outdoor walking game, so check the weather and dress for it before you set out.
Is it suitable for kids?
It is aimed at adults and families with teens. The conspiracy storyline and code-breaking puzzles work best for players old enough to follow a detective plot and walk nearly 4 km over about two hours. Younger children may lose interest before the end.
